Tuesdays - 7.30 to 8.30 pm - Acrobatics *- (Chris)
Thursdays - 7.30 to 8.30 pm - Acrobatics * - (Chris)
Saturdays - 9.00 to 10 am - Ballet * - (Helena)
* Acrobatic classes: These are small classes with boutique personal training.
* Ballet classes: You may do the class on pointe - or not if you are a beginner.
Private classes can be arranged with Helena for learning dance, improving your ballet technique, pilates for rehabilitation or dance technique improvement in a private studio in Rozelle. Cost - $80 per hour.
Private classes can also be arranged for gymnastics, tumbling or choreographing floor routines. Cost - $80 per hour.
